Another step towards comprehensive digitalization at MCLINIC: From now on, appointments can be conveniently requested, rescheduled, or canceled online via our online reception. Prescriptions can be requested digitally, and our new upload function allows for easy and fast document submission.
Since February 1st, our patients can contact us even more easily and flexibly. The newly introduced Online Reception is available 24/7 on our website, making interactions with our practice more convenient and reducing waiting times on the phone.
With just a few clicks, appointments can be requested from the comfort of home, eliminating phone queues and allowing for a smooth scheduling process. If plans change, booked appointments can be easily rescheduled or canceled. In addition, the online reception includes a feature that allows follow-up prescriptions to be requested with just one click. This saves our patients a trip to the practice and streamlines administrative processes. Documents can be sent digitally, and other inquiries can also be directed to our team.
Of course, personal contact remains available as usual: Patients can still reach us by phone, email, or directly at the reception. However, to accommodate this new service, our phone hours have been slightly adjusted:
