We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Talia Bosselmann-Schwarz to our team! The specialist for plastic and aesthetic surgery has been working at MCLINIC since the beginning of this year.
Dr. Bosselmann-Schwarz studied human medicine at the Ruhr University in Bochum. After her license to practice medicine, she attended the surgical further training “Common Trunk”. She completed this in 2019 in the Section for Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery and the Clinic for General and Visceral Surgery at the Helios Clinic Munich West as an assistant physician.
Since 2019, she has been working as a resident at the University Center for Plastic, Hand and Reconstructive Surgery at the University Hospital Regensburg, and since 2020 also at the Caritas Hospital St. Josef in Regensburg.
Having successfully completed her residency in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery in December 2022, we are pleased to now welcome Dr. Bosselmann-Schwarz to our clinic.
At MCLINIC, her focus is on plastic reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery, dermatosurgery, scar correction and cosmetic minimally invasive facial surgery.
The surgeon has been involved in the Sumbawanga project of Interplast e.V. since 2015. Her focus here is particularly on the area of reconstruction in children with burn injuries and congenital deformities of the hand. Together with local doctors, she works to improve surgical care on site, especially in the field of plastic surgery.
The doctor describes these missions as a particularly intensive experience, which is incredibly enriching due to the exchange and joint work with the local doctors and nurses: “This year, we were able to help over 30 children and young adults in 2 weeks. The happy faces of our little patients and how they immediately use the newly gained functionality of, for example, their reconstructed hands in a playful way is incomparable.”
We are happy to have found in Dr. Bosselmann-Schwarz such a committed and professionally experienced physician who equally represents the values of MCLINIC and is thus an ideal addition to our team. Welcome to the MCLINIC, Dr. Bosselmann-Schwarz!
