Prescriptions can be requested digitally, and our new upload function allows for easy and fast document submission.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since February 1st, our patients can contact us even more easily and flexibly. The newly introduced Online Reception is available 24\/7 on our website, making interactions with our practice more convenient and reducing waiting times on the phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With just a few clicks, appointments can be requested from the comfort of home, eliminating phone queues and allowing for a smooth scheduling process. If plans change, booked appointments can be easily rescheduled or canceled. In addition, the online reception includes a feature that allows follow-up prescriptions to be requested with just one click. This saves our patients a trip to the practice and streamlines administrative processes. Documents can be sent digitally, and other inquiries can also be directed to our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, personal contact remains available as usual: Patients can still reach us by phone, email, or directly at the reception. However, to accommodate this new service, our phone hours have been slightly adjusted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM \u2013 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM \u2013 4:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Friday: 10:00 AM \u2013 12:00 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>With the launch of the Online Reception, we are taking an important step towards digital patient communication.
